Society for Young Advocates and Researchers has been a proud host of the first edition organised in collaboration with Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. The event was marked a successful Negotiation Competition as participation and positive response was received from various law schools all over the nation.
The finals were adjudged by Ms. Iram Majid, Mr. Tariq Khan and Ms. Ekta Bahl. The judges appreciated the participating teams for their performance in the final rounds and highlighted the grey areas where more precision could have been useful.
Christ University, Bangalore emerged as winners of the 1st National Negotiation Competition. The winning team comprised Rachel Jacob Tharakan and Madhumita Kesavan.
Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai were the runners-ups. The runners-up team comprised of Nitisha Makharia and Namita Shah.
The Winners and the Runner ups were respectfully requested to share their experiences. Both teams were delighted with the Negotiation Competition.
