The Society for Young Advocates and Researchers organized the 4th SYAR National Negotiation Competition, 2021 in collaboration with the PSL Advocates and Solicitors, Presolv360, and Association of Mediation Practitioners.
The process of the negotiation and its related concepts were introduced to the participants by Mr. Tom Valenti and Mr. Chirag Balyan during the Training Sessions. The Final Round was adjudicated by Mr. Tom Valenti, Ms. Uma Ramanathan, Mr. Amarjit Singh Chandhiok, Mr. JP Sengh, Mr. Tejas Karia, Ms. Prerna Kohli, Mr. Siddharth Srivastava.
The expert panel of accessors declared the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad as the Winners and Government Law College, Mumbai as the Runner-up. The team representing NALSAR consisted of Mustafa Rajkotwala & Dhanishta Mittal and Ummehani Ronak & Jona Nagpal were from GLC, Mumbai.
